Mary Ellen Conlee, the owner of the firm, has provided lobbying and public affairs services in Kansas for 25 years. She is recognized as having expertise in health care, managed care, Medicaid funding, mental health policy, post secondary technical education as well as community not-for-profit partnering with the state.
In addition, Ms. Conlee owned a full service marketing, advertising and public relations firm, Cope Daley McCrea, in Breckenridge, CO from 1987 through 1999. The Colorado firm developed and managed the summer marketing activities for the Town of Breckenridge and the Resort Chamber of Commerce as well as representing several area resorts throughout the year. |

Natalie Bright, a 1998 Washburn School of Law graduate, who has ten years of experience in the legislative arena, joins Ms. Conlee in providing both direct lobbying services as well as in strategic analysis and research. Ms. Bright, having represented both the Kansas Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Wichita Independent Business Association, brings legal analysis and a strong business issues component to the firm. |
